And that makes me so damn friggin excited for you!

A common misconception about boudoir photography sessions is that gals do this in order to gift their significant other with some saucy photos. While YES! You are definitely going to get some stunning and saucy images as a result of having a session. And YES! Those images make great gifts. You are not just getting photos. You are getting an entire experience. I am here to remind you that you are a goddess, a queen, a beautiful work of art! I want you to leave your session FEELING saucy by finding a new sense of confidence in yourself!
If you are sitting there wondering how it all goes down, you’ve come to the right place! Let me give you a little overview of how I’m going to make you a Badass Babe!
The Path to Badass
Before the Session
Your Experience starts even before your session date! Immediately after your session has been paid, date booked, and the contract signed, we get the planning ball rolling! I will start you off with a wee little questionnaire so I can get a feel for what you are looking for in your session and get a little more insight into your personal style. I want these images to truly be a representation of all that you are. We will then collaborate together on a Pinterest Moodboard to set the tone and styling direction of your shoot. We will find inspiration for hair and make up, wardrobe, and even the mood of your session. Are you looking for something Soft. Romantic? Maybe you’re a little more Bold. Sultry. Maybe, like the beautifully complex creature you are, you are a little of both and want to represent all sides of your personality in your session. This Pre-Session consultation and planning will help us nail down all those details.
We will keep in contact leading all the way up to your session date. I will give you some guidance and tips leading up to session day. Please ask all the questions. Tell me all of your ideas. I will tell you to stop panicking because you are going to kill it! BABE, I won’t leave your side.
It’s Session Day!
On your session day, we will snag a quick and painless “before” picture of you, because who doesn’t love to see their confidence transfermatiom side by side? Then we move into trying on the wardrobe planned just for you. We will mix pieces and accessories from the Divulged Client Closet with pieces you already own to create a one of a kind look that suits your indivual style and beauty. As wardobe is an important part of having a successful session, we will take great care to select pieces for your specific body type, to make your body look incredible, and to make you feel stunning!!
From there you move into professional hair and make up with Madee Stecker Make Up Artistry. She’s a magician with a make up brush. She will work with colors and looks to enhance the gorgeous features you’ve already got goin’ on! Goodness gracious you’re going to be fierce AF when she’s finished with you.
Then it’s time to shoot!! Two hours of feeling like the badass you are and hearing me compliment you until the end of time! Now, don’t panic if you are still not feeling confident in posing or being in front of the camera. I’ve got the confidence to carry us both through this. I literally am not leaving your side. I will pose you from your finger tips to your ten little toes. I will position myself into poses that are harder to explain so you know exactly what I am asking of you. And then I will tweak you some more so every inch of you is perfection. Left hand yellow. Right foot blue. Knee bent. Chin out and down. Eyes at me. Breathe through your mouth. Honey, I got you. Stop stressin’.
Plan to spend at least 4 hours of your day with me from the time you walk in to the time we wrap up. Once it’s over, we are both going to leave exhausted and sore, ‘cause archin’ ain’t easy - but on a high unlike anything else. You will be ready to do it all again! You’re gonna tell all your friends because you just can’t believe that you did it! Darlin’ I’m so proud of you!
After Your Session
Approximately 2 weeks later we will meet up again for your Peepshow and Ordering appointment. I absolutely cannot wait for you to see how stunning you are!!
We will kick off the appointment with a Spicy little Slideshow of my personal favorite images set to music.
Kaylie’s Birthday Boudoir Experience
We will then spend the rest of the time going through each image together, one by one, selecting your favorites. We will go through them a couple of times, looking at the product menu as we narrow it down to your goal number. I will help you out and give my opinion as well. “These 3 would make a great album spread.” “Can you imagine this as a metal art print hanging over your bed?!” Or maybe like many of my clients, you want them all. No shame. You deserve it! We will finalize your order during the appointment and collect payment - or set up a payment plan if you choose.
And because your privacy is super important to me, you will be able to select what sharing permissions you give me for your images. You have to option to share all of your images with the world, only some you select, or keep all of your images private. The choice is totally up to you, I would never pressure you in either direction!
After product payment is collected in full, I will place the order and set up a pick up time once everything arrives!
